Electronic Fiber Cleaver
The NorthLab ProCleave HS is an advanced electronic fiber cleaver, capable of handling fibers up to 250 μm. This cleaver is tailor-made for production lines, emphasizing ease of use, rapid processing, and high production yield, while also being suitable for R&D settings.
It incorporates advanced ultrasonic diamond scribe technology to deliver superior cleaving performance and consistency. This results in extremely flat end-faces and low cleave angles (typically less than 0.5°), with minimal blade intrusion.
The ProCleave HS is designed with a user-friendly clamping mechanism that enhances process efficiency. It can be powered either through an external power supply or its built-in rechargeable battery. Additionally, it is compatible with fiber holders from various main splicer brands, though the fiber holder is not included with the cleaver.
